But it wasn't always this way.
I learned bit by bit how to take pictures and then developed how to create art that enhances both my life and my clients. I have a love of photography that is imbedded in my work. Every image I make has a little piece of me. That is why my clients are so happy, because their images are just the way I would want them to be for me.
I got my first camera when I turned 10 to record my first trip to Europe. I still have it and use it to this day. I've converted that passion into a thriving business and I would love to show you how to do the same thing. For me it all starts with communication and posing, master those and you are well on your way. That's what I'm here for. Let's get going!

I love collaborating with them to create a collection that makes them show them off to their friends, while their mother is teary because I captured the essence of their child that makes them, well, them. I can teach you how to do that.

My portraits are sought after because of their unique quality of spotlighting my clients. Not every photographer can figure out how to make that happen, I not only can , but I can teach you how too.
Being able to "know" your client through a lens in a way that allows you to notice when the genuine moments happen and all of the teenage vibrato is stripped away and you get them, just them. They are complicated, intriguing, challenging, delightful and often a mystery. Can you capture that in a single image? I can, and I'd love to show you how.

Where & When is The Senior Process Workshop?
October 6-8, 2021 in the heart of uptown Charlotte NC at the exquisite Ivey Hotel. There is a Meet & Greet at 5pm on 10/6; A jam packed day of shooting, discussions, maybe even a little yoga 10/7; 10/8 we aren't done yet, today is a bright and early start so we have tons of time to discuss editing, sales and marketing before we sadly say bye at 1pm after lunch.

What is included? Also, not included?
Breakfasts and lunches included, as well as fun snack breaks, plus a lovely meet & greet cocktail party to get to know each other. Tons of collaborating, a full photo session afternoon with 3-4 teen models styled and professional hair and makeup for incredible portfolio images, and a great VIP welcome packet.
NOT INCLUDED - Lodging (the Ivey is offering a special rate) and there are multiple lodging options within walking distance. Dinners, but I strongly encourage going with a group and take advantage of the amazing cuisines around uptown.
Do You Offer Investment plans?
Yes, you have the choice of full payment, 2 or 6 payments. The investment is worth it and you will make it back and then some with your first few clients.
What do I need to bring?
Yourself, your camera & gear for portrait photography. It should be starting to cool off, but watch the weather and bring comfy shooting clothes, there will be some walking. Dinners are anything goes here so no sequins required.
How do I get there?
If you are flying, the Charlotte Douglas International Airport is the best airport. You can get transportation from there via taxi, uber, lyft. No need to rent a car unless you are on a tight schedule.
